Eligibility for Returns :
1. Time Frame: Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
PLEASE NOTE : We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please note that a product can only be exchanged once.
3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
4. Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Request a Refund :
1. After submitting your return request, you will receive an email confirmation with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
Follow the instructions provided in the email to prepare your item(s) for return.
2.Ship Your Return : Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase in the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
3.Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will receive an notification confirming the status of your return.
4.Approval : If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Denial: If your return is denied, you will be notified via email with the reason for denial.
