Shipping and Delivery

Undelivered Items

• If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to our shipping facility. We will contact you once we receive the undelivered package.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

• COD Orders: If you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, our customer service team will call you to confirm the order before it is shipped.
• Order Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, please do so promptly; otherwise, you will need to place a new order.
• Order Changes: To request changes to your order before it has been shipped, please contact us directly by phone. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order is in the shipping process, changes cannot be made.
